I'm excited to hear his new projects coming out soon, and his new album coming out this summer. It doesn't seem to live up to the amount of hype that it went through. Chance absolutely kills Ultralight Beams and with all the talk about him stalling the album to include Wave, he does a pretty good job with it. Kanye was able to get some really good collabs on this album. I know it's a pretty crap song, but man, it can get going. FML also falls into the category of songs that don't get talked about enough.įacts is one of the bangers on this album as well. But the rhythm and lyrics of Fade work very well together. It seems to be a bit underrated with the whole "Bleach my asshole" and Taylor lines. Lowlights just doesn't do it for me, because Kanye doesn't even show up.įor me, Fade is one of my favorite tracks. A couple of songs, like 30 Hours and Lowlights could be cut as well. The Silver Surfer could have been cut, along with the waste of time that is "I Love Kanye". I think this album could have been thinned out some. I love Kanye and all, but he shouldn't be making it Tidal exclusive. I wasn't sure if it was an interest for TKP, so I didn't start one, but here it is!įull disclosure. I was hoping there would be a discussion about this album.

Plus whenever I set the album on shuffle, this song always shows up. Silver Surfer Intermission: Again, it's an intermissionģ0 Hours: The verses and beat is enjoyable but the ending ad-lib with his friend calling him drags the song on too long and makes it not enjoyable. Wolves: Good song, I wish it was the version with Vic Mensa and Sia but hey what are ya gonna do Real Friends: Still enjoyable with the relaxing beat, plus the cousin line lmao I feel it would be better if the Weeknd's hook was a little longer, but still really good.
The beat plus the Chris Brown vocals equals a dope ass songįML: I really love this song. This being one of the biggest releases in early 2016, discussion could be interesting.
